As a new Membership organization, the Inclusion Allies Coalition (IAC) is part of the International MultiCultural Institute (iMCI), a 501 (c)3 not-for-profit organization. Leadership consists of the Board and Officers of iMCI.
IAC has added new leaders to this structure. Miriam Muléy and Greg Jenkins are Co-leaders of the IAC Leadership Council, which is composed of the Co-Chairs of each of our Committees.

IAC COMMITTEES AND communities
ADVOCACY COMMITTEE
Discusses and creates advocacy positions and resources on current DEI topics. Currently focusing on responding to the frequent anti-DEI attacks and amplifying IAC's role as the voice of the DEI profession.
Designs, develops and presents monthly webinars on current or emerging DEI topics selected by members. Currently focused on resisting anti-DEI attacks, educating members on how to respond and focusing on transforming DEI for the future.
EMBATTLED STATES COMMUNITY
A support community run by members for those DEI practitioners operating in states where the anti-DEI voices are coming from federal, state and local administrations.
CAREER RESILIENCE COMMUNITY
A support community run by members for those DEI practitioners who have lost their jobs or their work as a result of the growing anti-DEI climate.
