The Inclusion Allies Advocacy Network (IAAN) was created to provide a stronger voice of DEI professionals in responding to the increasing anti-DEI attacks. Other groups, e.g., civil rights and academic Institutions have formed networks to amplify the voices countering these attacks and to support those organizations that are targeted. We felt it was time for  organizations that are willing to take the risk to fight back and join together in one voice.
It is free to join the IAAN! As an organization, you will have access to:

ADVOCACY RESPONSES supporting many of the marginalized groups living in fear of the attacks on their communities. The responses were written by experienced professionals and former CDOs, and address the HEAD (data covering the current landscape and executive orders), the HEART (emotional impact on members of the community, and the HANDS (what we can do as individuals and organizations to support members of the community).
Additionally, we will be creating a number of RAPID RESPONSES to new attacks coming in 2026 and sharing these also. As a member of the IAAN, you will be able to download the PDF versions of the advocacy and resource documents below and share them with your network, your Employee/Business Resource Groups and your Inclusion Councils.

DEI ADVOCACY AI MUSIC written and created by Effenus Henderson, a member of IAC's Advocacy Committee and one of the authors of our ADVOCACY documents and RAPID RESPONSES to anti-DEI attacks. These pieces are written in different styles to appeal to different generations and music tastes.
